Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, all of our providers are currently accepting new patients.

What insurances do you accept?

Will you work with me on a payment plan?

Payment is expected at the time of service.  However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please call our billing department.  Click here to view our insurance and billing page.

Do you treat chronic pain syndromes?

No, we do not treat chronic pain.  All chronic pain patients will be referred to a pain management clinic.

Do you provide obstetric care?

Unfortunately, the liability associated with OB care requires us to send all of our OB patients to an OB/GYN specialist. However; we are happy to provide newborn care post-hospitalization.

Do you provide weight management services?

Yes.  Some of our providers will work with you to manage your weight.  Please call and ask for an appointment with one of our providers who offers those services.

Are there services you do not offer?

Yes.  We do not do DOT physicals, treat Workers Compensation or accept Medicaid insurance.
